Maintains stockholder status but does not include pool access.

Failure to pay the inactive fee by July 1 st will result in a reduction of stock value in accordance with TVRA Bylaws.

Inactive status is available only to members whose stock has been paid in full.

Members participating in the stock purchase payment plan are not eligible for inactive status until the stock purchase iscompleted.
